To get your credit score from Equifax, your identity needs to be verified.

In the phone number field, please enter the cell number issued by your cell phone service provider. VOIP numbers from services such as Google Voice will not be recognized for identity verification by Equifax.

If your phone number is not recognized by Equifax, then you will have to answer a quiz to verify your identity
